When you need convenient, affordable care for minor illnesses and injuries, visit one of our walk-in clinic locations.

Services include treatment for minor illness and injuries, including colds, sinus infections, flu and minor abrasions. Pre-participation physicals, some vaccinations and basic diagnostic tests are among the services available. Our clinics are staffed by board-certified CoxHealth nurse practitioners. No appointment is necessary, but you can schedule an appointment if you’re a registered CoxHealth Express patient portal user.

Login to CoxHealth Express and select “Appointments.” Choose “Quick Care Visit” for the reason of your visit. Next, select the clinic location and time.

Cash, check, credit or debit card and insurance are acceptable forms of payment. Be sure to bring a photo ID and insurance card, if applicable, to your appointment. 

Services & Pricing Information

Treatment of Common Illnesses: $70 - $90
Common cold, congestion, earache, upset stomach, sinus infection, seasonal allergies, flu, minor skin irritations/rashes, pink eye and stye, cold sores and abrasions, ear wax removal, urinary tract infections, sore/strep throat.

Pre-Participation Physical: $25
We have a standard form or accept the following forms:

  • Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts
  • Mighty Mites
  • Missouri daycare/preschool
  • Missouri childcare/daycare provider
  • Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA)

Diagnostic Testing: 
TB $25
Pregnancy $25
Flu test (seasonal) $70 (Independence location only)

Vaccinations:
Flu (seasonal) $25
Tetanus $60
Meningococcal $149 (Independence, Campbell and Hy-Vee locations only)
